to avoid queasiness,
refrain from having a stick or
any other device up your arse

Just a few minutes before kickoff, I had a sinking feeling that things wouldn't go Spain's way. I heaved a huge sigh of relief when David Villa gave the Spaniards the lead through a penalty at the 28th minute. But as soon the French equalised, I felt the world came tumbling down on me. I switched off the tv at half time and went to my room. For the first time, I slept before 5.
I am now guilt-stricken for having vent my frustration on someone when I had that oh-n0-spain's-going-to-lose moment.
